Earning this charter requires a dedicated effort over a minimum of three years to pass three six-hour examinations covering a globally relevant body of knowledge set by an international council of investment industry leaders. Successful candidates must have at least three years of experience related to investments and adhere to the AIMR Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Conduct.
